This 100% Stainless Steel Reservoir  is "surgically clean" and enables EHC to provide Ultra High Velocity Flow to Lube, Hydraulic and Control Oil Systems that possess a Reservoir that is too small to accomodate our UHV Flushing System and requires very little temporary modification to the permanent Reservoir. The result is a cleaner system than conventional low velocity or chemical flushes using the permanent system pump equipment. The Ultra High Flow Rate along with submicronic filtration at strategic points in the loop results in a superior mechanically cleaned System. Upon completion of the Ultra High Velocity Flushing Procedure, the conveyance piping system and the fluid in the Reservoir is remediated to a cleaner level than the acceptable level by OEM published specifications for particle count in a 100 ml sample. When utilized with our Ultra High Velocity Pump Skids, Filtration Systems and Stainless Steel interconnecting Flexible Hose, this flushing system is unequalled in efficiency!	Our Equipment is Shipped in Conex Containers to your site, always micronically clean and ready to work! Microscopic Particle Count Analysis is performed on site for trending purposes to evaluate the condition of the Lube and/or Control Oil System before, during and after the UHV Flushing Procedure using the SAE 749D Analysis Procedure. The results of this analysis is converted to NAS and ISO equivalent values for the convenience of the client. Our Proposals outline the target cleanliness level for each system and is normally exceeded by our services. Whenever possible, EHC recommends to the client that final particle count analysis be performed by a "third party" clean room laboratory for proof of the system cleanliness.
