EHC SAFETY PROGRAM

At EHC Field Services, Inc. Safety is always our first concern and we believe we should set an example in the industry!

Our Project Management and Technicians are subjected to rigorous Safety Training on the operation of our equipment and how it is used in conjunction with the Client's Plant Equipment. In addition, a written Operational Procedure is posted and easily visible to EHC Employees and Client Personnel at all times.

As an Industrial Contractor with over 35 years of working experience, EHC has guaranteed it's Employees and Clientele a Safe Workplace compliant with all Regulatory Agencies' Rules and Regulations. In this regard EHC presents the following Program on each and every Project:

• A copy of the EHC Field Services, Inc. Safety Manual
• A copy of the EHC Project Safety Meeting Minutes, depicting the daily and weekly meetings, including the resolution of all safety hazards noted within the meetings. The Report generated from the Safety Meeting shall have the Date, Time and Signature of all those present and participating in the meeting
• A comprehensive Job Report, compiled by the EHC Project Manager, depicting the scheduled events of each shift, as well as all entry worthy events experienced during the shift, shall be presented to the appropriate Client Representative prior to the EHC Project Manager final departure from the Plant Site
