Our Equipment is "surgically cleaned" after every project and arrives on your site loaded in enclosed Conex Containers to ensure protection from atmospheric contamination. All flanges remain covered until connection is made and they are recovered immediately upon disconnection from the flushing system.

All Equipment is "purpose specified" and is dedicated to the flushing of EHC Fluid only!

The EHC Ultra High Velocity Flushing Pump Skids are specially designed for the optimum efficiency in removing solid contaminants from the piping surfaces through the creation of frictional forces that mechanically "scrub" the walls of the piping, and moving the contaminants downstream to 1/2 micron (nominal) filtration equipment. Typical average results are ISO 4406 13/10 and lower.

EHC utilizes a variety of Fluid Heating Systems specifically designed to "boost" and maintain the temperature in our temporary Flushing Reservoirs inorder to accomplish our procedural objectives. Pictured above is an EHC Fluid Booster Pump that recirculates the fluid at 5 gpm through a 1/2 micron filter unit, while heating the fluid to the specified level.

EHC Filter Units are strategically placed in the Flushing Loop to remove solid contaminants that are suspended in the Fluid Flow Path continuously during the Ultra High Velocity Flush Procedure. Only 1/2 micron (nominal) Filter Elements are utilized throughout the Flushing Configuration.

No other entity has more experience in Ultra High Velocity Flushing Equipment and Procedures than EHC Field Services, Inc.

EHC designs and manufactures the majority of equipment it utilizes to fulfill specific needs of the Power Generation Industry and has done so for the past 35 years.

The Equipment Specifications and Procedures utilized by the majority of flushing contractors today were designed by our Principal in the early 1970's.

The 100% Stainless Steel Flushing Reservior shown above is very versatile in the Ultra High Velocity Flushing of EHC Fluid as well as Fluid Remediation. It is "surgically clean" upon arrival at every plant site.
